What does Unlimited Laundry mean?
Unlimited Laundry means when we give you your TLC (The Laundry Club) bag for your laundry. There are no limits on the number of times you can submit your TLC bag for washing. You can send your bag in as many times as you want. There is NO minimum amount of clothing required and NO limit on how often you send it in. The only guideline is that you can submit either one or two TLC bags per drop-off, depending on your membership level.
How much does the Unlimited Laundry Service cost?
The Unlimited laundry Club is $39.99 a week billed 4 weeks at a time at $159.96. This gets you 1 TLC bag that can hold roughly 45 pounds (4-6 loads) of clothing at a time, which You can submit for washing as many times as you’d like during the 4 weeks. For those who go through more laundry, contact us and request the Family Size Plan and we’ll give you an additional 45 pound capacity TLC bag for only $10 more a week.
Why am I being charged $159.96 when the service is $39.99 per week?
We charge $159.96 because our service is priced at $39.99 per week, and we bill in four-week cycles. This pricing model allows us to offer exceptional value—unmatched in the industry—while keeping the service sustainable.
Who is this subscription service designed for?
Our subscription is for individuals who need high-quality laundry care at an affordable price on a regular basis. It is ideal for people who want the convenience of always having clean clothes without the hassle of doing laundry themselves.
Can I use the service for a one-time deep clean of backed-up laundry?
No, our membership is not intended for one-time or occasional use to clean large amounts of accumulated laundry. Some people may try to sign up for a single four-week period, cancel, and then rejoin months later to repeat the cycle. This type of misuse disrupts our ability to keep the service affordable for regular users.
What if I only need laundry service a few times a year?
If you require laundry service only occasionally for large loads, please contact us to discuss alternative options that may better fit your needs.
Can I cancel my membership and sign up again later?
To keep this service cost effective and affordable for all members and to prevent abuse, canceled accounts will not be allowed to sign up again. When a previous member wants to sign up after canceling they can request a review and if determined the account was not misused that member will be allowed to sign up again.
Is there a physical location I can visit or call?

Can I send bedding, towels, or comforters?
Bedding and towels are included. Comforters, pillows, and heavy blankets are fixed at $10 each.
Can I send dry-cleaning items in my bag?
Yes. Place dry-clean items in a separate smaller bag inside your TLC bag. Dry-cleaning is charged per item and may take longer.
How do I sign up?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No, there’s no long-term contract. Your commitment is only four weeks at a time at $159.96 ($39.99 per week). You can cancel anytime to prevent another four-week subscription. However, it is possible that members who cancel might not be able to sign back up again.
Laundry Care & Processing
How do you wash and sanitize my clothes?
We use industrial water purification, fabric-safe sanitizers, and hospital-grade equipment for the cleanest, freshest, and most sanitized clothes possible.
Can I request fragrance-free or scented detergent?
We only use unscented detergent for consistent quality and safety.
Do you offer hypoallergenic detergent?
Our washing process is so thorough that we ensure no residue is left behind on the fabric to irritate your skin. We’d be able to wash your clothes with poison ivy, and your skin wouldn’t get irritated.
Will you separate lights and darks?
Yes. If your bag has separate sections, you must sort them yourself. Otherwise, we’ll do it for you at no extra charge.
Do you offer stain removal?
Most stains will come out with our process. For tough stains, pretreat before placing the item in your TLC bag. Special spot cleaning is available for an extra fee.
How are my clothes folded and packaged?
Clothes are folded to minimize wrinkles during delivery and maximize bag space. We do not accept custom folding requests.
What if I send a delicate or dry-clean-only item by mistake?
Only send machine-washable items. We’ll remove unsafe items if noticed, but we are not responsible for items sent in error.
Can I request special laundry instructions?
Some requests may be possible, others may incur a fee, and some are not available. Contact us to discuss.
What should I do if I have missing or damaged items?
Check all your laundry first. Usually, missing items are found folded neatly under another item. If you can’t find it, let us know, and we’ll help track it down. However, we are not responsible for the normal wear and tear of clothes.

How does the process work?
We’ll give you a TLC (The Laundry Club) bag with your name on it. Fill it up, leave it outside your door, and text us at (323) 240-5829 when it’s ready. We’ll pick it up the same day and return it within 36-48 hours.
How do I set up my first pickup?
For your first order, use an old laundry bag or even a garbage bag, but limit it to only one bag. Include a note with your name and phone number inside the bag and tie it shut. Leave the bag outside your front door. Text us that you have a pickup ready, and we’ll swing by, pick it up, wash it, and return it back with your very own reusable TLC bag.
What are the pickup and delivery times?
To request a same-day pickup, please make the request before 2pm. Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am-8pm. Currently, no deliveries on Sundays. We can’t promise specific times for pickup or deliveries.
Is there a cutoff time for same-day pickup?
Request by 2pm for same-day service.
Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?
No. You must leave your bag outside your front door for pickup. Our drivers will also leave the ready laundry in front of your front door.
What if my bag is overflowing?
Only zipped-shut TLC bags will be picked up. Overflowing bags may incur extra charges or not get picked up.
Do you reuse bags between customers?
No. Each bag is assigned to one member and only that member.
Membership & Policies
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
You can pause or cancel your membership anytime. Pause once per year for up to four weeks. Longer pauses will result in membership cancellation. Once a membership is canceled, we cannot guarantee you will be able to rejoin.
Can I get a second bag?
Yes, for residential clients who go through a lot of laundry, a second bag is available for $10 more per week.
If I cancel, can I sign up again later?
It depends on your previous usage. This membership is for those with consistent laundry needs, not occasional use.
What happens if my laundry is lost?
Laundry rarely disappears, but we’ll help track it down if something goes missing.
